Ryan doesn’t remember much about his life before becoming a dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church — something to do with a beheading?

But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn’t all loot and bone puns. With a necromancer on the rise and the Adventurer’s Guild watching his every move, he must prove that not all darkness dungeons are malevolent… even if they do have a few skeletons in their caverns.
Sadly, all of these issues keep distracting him from his own guilty pleasure, skeletal fight club. But don’t tell his fairy about that.

I am super excited about book 3, thank you very much for this. I have been waiting for around a month to listen to it.
Book 1 and book 2 were quite enjoyable, and the narration is top notch.

Starts out normal. The dungeon core(diamond) puts up a presents of having no memory but acts like a white knight and has sexual tendency to the fairy when it doesn’t have a body.
The dungeons also shows a intelligences at the very start but that seems to be a thing for this novel world. The world seems unstable and the characters are very unlikeable but it was easy to follow. Mostly finished the first book.

This book wins the prize for having the only character I have ever wished was real just so I could murder it. Namely the dungeon fairy. Man. The author needs to try a relationship with a woman, as he seems to think all women are intolerable, controlling, unreasonable harpies, and writes them accordingly. I guess it’s the perfect book if you’re a masochist or if you enjoy fantasizing about fairy homicide. Which you likely will. A lot.
Book would have been better if the fairy was the villain. And if it ended with a fun game of fairy baseball. With a nice, nail studded, hardwood bat. And gloves coated with broken glass for improved grip.
Encoding is good, nothing wrong with the files. Book is decent if you selectively skip every interaction between MC and companion fairy.
