After 3 books I still don’t like the main character all that much. He’s suppose to be 19 but is written like he’s much younger. He’s kind of dumb and socially inept at times, granted it’s better than the previous books. I give props to Mejia for writing 3 books but it’ll probably be the last one of his for me.

Yeah there’s something about this book that is not as good as the rest. I think he needs more of an edge the fight scenes where kind of bland. He has another series that I’m waiting on hopefully he can mature his writing make it for older people still I’m too invested in the story to stop now and there’s still more to this story world I think.
