I was hesitant to pick this up as it seemed like a horror themed book and I’m not a big fan of those. But not I’m I glad I did it was awesomely done the later half get very sexually explicit so I wouldn’t listen in public. It was reminiscent of system apocalypse but definitely not the same hope you enjoy.

This was a good book other than the sex scenes taken right out of abusive porn videos and the obsession with abusive/overbearing fathers and the killing there of which felt repetetive. There was a warning about adult theme so I won’t hold it against anyone/anything.
However I feel the book could have been a lot better without.

Started off with an interesting premise.
Second half of the book was as string of uninspired sex scenes which manage to be both boring and cringeworthy at the same time. They fail to make up for a story that runs out of steam.
For sex scenes done right, check out the ‘Good Intentions’ series by Elliot Kay.

Started out interesting enough then the main character… changed and the book became a string of cringey sex scenes.

Probably late to the party, but 64kbps? really? The audio quality is crap. Thanks though! While I appreciate it, I think I’ll skip. Such low bitrate is so annoying to listen to
