The world is in peril and fate needs a hero to save it. Sometimes, all fate gets is a bunny.
She is a dungeon creature bound by the rules of the dungeon. Her job is to do bunny things, like eat and hop, and eventually fall prey to larger creatures. A bunny need do nothing more. However, she cannot help herself. Everyday as adventurers pass through the cave that she calls home, she sees them wielding strange and fascinating magic but more importantly…she hears them talking.
Their words are wonderful, and she learns as many of them as she can while trying to ignore the epic tragedy of her life.
She is just a bunny, and there is no way that a bunny could ever be like an adventurer, no matter how many words she knows.
This story is inspired by Dungeon Core and litRPG/gamelit.

Interesting enough, but no stats, no levels, or other quantified progression; not really LitRPG then. Though, there’s tons of in-depth thaumaturgical study and personal growth. Also, the MC is a total murder hobo/spellsword.
Stars for torrent health.

This is LitRpg done RIGHT: No stupid crap where the character can see and open “menus” and “commands” and other stuff. Too much of those books is the narrator reading boring stats for like 3 minutes every time the character learns something, then noting a new skill or a certain number has gone up. THIS is much better. No menu/command/stat sheet crap, progression is just figuring out new abilities via trial and error and practice. Putting video-game interfaces into the book just takes the reader out of it.

Agreed for the most part. I think it is better to have characters mention ___ stat increase without a complete rundown of their entire character page. Though, some audiobooks have markers that allow you to skip stuff like that(may be dependent on what player you are using). Then again, some litrpg books are very ‘character building, stat-driven, dice rolling, and deck building’ for people who want that.
I’m certinally waiting for a 3rd book.
