@Ufanlee I see, thank you. They have good counterarguments. Like the author probably being someone who learned writing in some creative writing class in the 90s or at least the class’ style never changed/had an old teacher? Possible. I mean AI gets it from somewhere so that style of writing existed before AI and maybe that is where it got it from.
They also talk about emdashs and a space before and after being a sing of AI or something? I write like that. I don’t like the look of ‘em dashes without spaces around it. This - just looks better than this-doesn’t it? And maybe my keyboard doesn’t have the long dash or something?? As if I’d press Alt+Numpad(0151) everytime I want to write a sentence with one “—” ? Insane ^^
