The summary doesn’t speak to me, but the author hasn’t done me wrong so far (Vanquier and that time loop series are what I’m listened to of her stuff so far) so… Guess I’ll give it a shot.

After hours of low seeding…. This is really not that good of a book. The MC is a little bitch who just fails at life and plot armor is the only thing that saves him.
I believe the term is Cuck. Yeah the MC is a Cuck. Too bad because the first like 3 hours is really good build up but then there are awkward sex scenes written by a 12 year old acting like a sex god… And the MC then fails at reality.
I would be surprised if the author ever actually had sex, the way this is written is like a bad porno where the woman is so fake and constantly saying “yeah yeah it is SOO BIG!”.

Heh, I dropped it just before the start of whatever big party was going to happen. The whole, “muh contraceptives!” thing seemed to be a red flag, but it is terribly written in most every aspect. Yet, reviews seem to be glowing.

Agreed book for boys without the YA tag. If anyone expects serious pirate action dont count on it. The Mc is suposed to be a cutthroat but has a mind set of a sheppard boy who wants to ba a paladin - uuu the quest sed defeat the Syla not kill her, lets spear her couse im a good Mc, and lets not sell the phoenix egg so i can have another puppy - ughh children stuff

I was hoping for good things after having read “A Perfect Run”. Unlike that book, this one isn’t nearly as creative, nor anywhere near as well written. I’d say pass on this.
