4 hours in and there’s no stakes. The protagonist is a rich dude who is cruising through life. The story breaks the rich asshole stereotype by making him super nice. Please introduce some tension soon

Take a small rubber band and wrap it around your audio player. That’ll add some tension to the story :)

I enjoyed this book. Probably one of the best ice listened to this year. There is quite a bit of world building and character development in this. The main character isn’t exciting because he had to grow from nothing but because he was sheltered and not told the truth.
